NourishHer.Health is a space to discover real solutions for your health journey. When you’re struggling with menopause, sleep, weight gain, or so much more—you can find support, hope, and lasting wellness here.
Hi, I’m Denise Thibodeau
At 60, I made a bold decision—I went back to school and became an IWH-Certified Wholistic Health Coach.
For decades, I poured my heart into mentoring and supporting women. But in early 2025, a tragedy shook me to my core. In that season of loss, I realized how much of myself I had set aside. It was painful, but it also became a turning point.
Today, I rise stronger—grateful, joyful, and more alive than ever. And this new chapter isn’t just about my healing—it’s about walking beside other women who may find themselves where I once stood. If that’s you, please know this: you are not alone, and there is a way forward.
Why NourishHer.Health Exists
NourishHer.Health was born out of my own journey—a life full of colour, challenges, and lessons. I’ve lived through the seasons of being a young mom, navigating midlife changes, building a business from home, and now embracing my seasoned years with fresh perspective. Every chapter has carried its own wisdom, and this space is where those lessons meet your story.
This isn’t just another health site. It’s a safe, supportive corner where women can take off the mask and get real—about menopause, gut health, meal planning, movement, trying to do it all (please note: not possible) and even the spiritual side of life. Here, we’ll laugh, we’ll learn, and yes, sometimes we’ll cry together.
Here’s my promise: NourishHer.Health will always be authentic, joy-filled, and practical. You’ll find simple recipes, everyday solutions, and honest conversations that speak to the heart of the challenges women carry. Because health isn’t about perfection—it’s about the right tools, a little encouragement, and the reminder that we don’t have to do this alone.
Welcome, friend. You belong here.

My Story + My Mission
Over the past year, I’ve discovered that true health isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about giving your body what it truly needs. Partnering with Youngevity has been a big part of that journey. Their evidence-based products gave me back my energy, steadied my hormones, and helped me rediscover joy in living.
That transformation inspired me to return to school at 60 and become a Certified Wholistic Health Coach. Now, my mission is simple: to help women step into the same freedom I’ve found.
Because I believe in walking my talk, I only share what I’ve personally tested and trust—like the 90 essential vitamins & minerals (90 For Life) that lay the foundation for health, and the HOPE line designed to support women in every stage of menopause. These aren’t just products on a shelf; they’re tools that I use daily, with stories and results I can share from my own life.
This is about real solutions, real food, and real conversations. If you’re ready to feel lighter, brighter, and stronger from the inside out—you’re in the right place.
Let’s Take the First Step
Our bodies are constantly talking to us—through energy, sleep, digestion, mood, and the way we respond to food, stress, and our environment. Too often, we brush those signals off as “normal.” But they’re really invitations to listen more closely.
That’s where the Health Score Assessment comes in. It’s a simple way to see where your body needs support. From there, I’ll walk beside you as a health mentor—supporting and guiding you as we build a plan that helps you thrive.
Think of me as your health mentor—here to help you uncover what’s really happening inside and guide you toward the support your body is asking for. Together, we can make health something you celebrate, not something you chase.
Love and blessings,
Denise Thibodeau
